La Sportiva
Italian family-owned La Sportiva uses its eight decades of experience to produce high-quality and respected climbing and trail running equipment.
The heart of the company is located in Ziano di Fiemme, a small mountain village in the middle of the Italian Dolomites, where it has its own small shoe factory. In addition to this, La Sportiva owns factories in China, where it also supervises the manufacturing processes to ensure the quality of the products and the good treatment of the workers.
La Sportiva has been known for decades, especially as a top brand of climbing shoes, the demand for its products is growing year by year.
La Sportiva’s importer OAC has a Mountainrunning.fi online store that sells La Sportiva’s trail running equipment, where you can also find a trail running blog. In addition, we sponsor La Sportiva Finland’s own representative team, Team La Sportiva Finlandia. The team includes nine athletes representing climbing and trail running.
La Sportiva is the title partner of Nouxfest’s trail runs, whose products and team members are prominently involved in the event’s trail running programs. A set of test shoes will be made available to the participants, which can be tried out while jogging. La Sportiva’s team runners participate in the running and present the products, which are also the prizes of the Nouxfest Trail. At OAC’s stand, La Sportiva’s equipment related to climbing and moving around in the mountains is also on display.
