Haltia – Metsähallitus

The Finnish Nature Center Haltia is the gateway to Finnish nature and the Finnish forest authority Metsähallitus is one of Nouxfest’s key partners. The Haltia area, the surrounding terrains of Nuuksio and the national park provide a wonderful setting for Nouxfest.

Haltia and Metsähallitus offer a variety of nature activities in the event pass, the opportunity to get to know Haltia’s exhibition, and access to a discussion forum on nature and exercise, where decision-makers, influencers and citizens meet.

The programs are prepared in practice by Metsähallitus Nature Services, and their themes are e.g. accessibility, responsibility, hiking etiquette, outdoor skills, nature conservation, community sports, nature tourism, health and well-being.
