Trektoes

Trektoes is a sports company operating in Uusimaa, whose services are related to outdoor exercise, coaching and event production.

Trektoes’ Meri Viljanen leads shorter and longer open water swimming and swimrun runs at Nouxfest. Shorter swimming distances are suitable for beginners, and the swimming totals about a kilometer, including small breaks. Longer swims are aimed at experienced swimmers, and during them you swim 2-3km. In Swimrun, the running and swimming sections alternate, which brings a nice variety to the progress. The swimming sections are a few hundred meters at most.

All runs are included in the event pass. Participation requires booking a place.

Swimming in natural water is an experiential and adventurous nature exercise!
