The Nouxfest Trail is suitable for everyone
Nouxfest Trail brings a much-needed short trail run to Nuuksio’s wonderful running terrain. The event is suitable both for those who are getting to know trail running for the first time and for experienced trail runners to test their own pace. There will be a very interesting and varied route, which includes both Nuuksio’s lively favorite trails and delicacies known only to the locals.
After the run, you are warmly welcome to join the other programs of the Nouxfest outdoor sports festival. The entry fee includes a Nouxfest Demo Pass for Sunday for all participants. It provides access to the festival’s demo stations, where you can try out kayaking, mountain biking and outdoor skills, among many other activities. It also includes the Nouxfest Expo show area and the festival’s stage program.
Routes and distances
The Nouxfest Trail has two distances, about 5km and about 10km. See route maps below.
The 5km is mostly easy trails in an area where the height differences are moderate. A few slightly more demanding sections can be tasted at the beginning of the route, but the route is well suited for first-timers and young trail runners.
The 10 km reaches an area that is completely out of reach of most visitors to Nuuksio. On the way, there are brisk ascents, the rugged nature of Nuuksio, and several sections of paths that are normally traveled only by hares, deer and the natives of the area. The route is nicely challenging and interesting for both new and experienced trail runners.

Payment methods are online payments of Finnish banks and Visa/Mastercard card payments. If you want to pay with an exercise benefit, see the instructions below. A confirmation of registration will be sent by e-mail. In case of cancellation, the participation fee is not refunded, but the withdrawing runner can transfer the place to another runner.

Exercise benefits
You can pay the participation fee with the exercise benefit. Search for Nouxfest through the benefit service you use (epassi, Smartum, Edenred), pay the desired amount, and send a receipt for the payment to liput@nouxfest.fi. In the return mail, you will receive a refund code corresponding to the amount, which you can use to pay for participation in the registration tool.
Nouxfest Demo Pass included
The Nouxfest Trail participation fee includes a well-marked route, results service, first aid service, changing and washing facilities in Solvalla Areena, a drinking aid-station along the route, refreshments at the finish and prizes for the best.
In addition, you will get a Nouxfest Demo Pass for Sunday (worth 20-35€). With the pass, you can enter the short activity trials included in the Nouxfest program, suitable for post-run recovery. You can also follow the interesting stage program of the Nouxfest outdoor festival and visit the Nouxfest Expo to see the latest and greatest outdoor gear, test the season’s products, and upgrade your kit with show offers.

The age is calculated based on the years to be turned in 2024. Prizes are awarded to the three best in the children’s, youth and general series, and to the fastest in the adult age series. There are no prizes in the trek serie.

Event center and arrival
The event center of Nouxfest Trail is located on the Solvalla Sports Institute’s sports field, up the hill to the right from The Finnish Nature Centre – Haltia. The street address of the crossroads is Nuuksiontie 63. The event is part of the program of the Nouxfest outdoor festival, which is why parking space is limited. Follow the parking signs and guides. Prefer shared rides with other runners, use public transport (busline 245 from Espoon keskus) or arrive by bike.
