Trailrunning

Trail running is a great combination of fitness and nature experiences. Speed and distance are of secondary importance, so the runner is free to enjoy the natural environment! At Nouxfest, you can get to know trail running and the equipment you need for it in an easy way, and if you want, you can also participate in longer runs or even a race on Nuuksio’s trails.

Marked trails 3-10 km. Open for self-paced runs even without an event pass.

Guided group runs on marked routes and other trails. Different distances, different levels from beginner to expert. Some runs have a specific training theme, e.g. trail running technique.

Forest strength training. Develop strength and agility in a meaningful way in nature.

Lectures and presentations related to the sport.

Fri 15.8. Nuuksion Tonni, hill running race at Nuuksio Bikepark. A total of 1000 meters of ascent, the downhill route is a leg-friendly easier trail. Separate participation fee, discount with event pass. Instructions and registration link will be published later.

Sun 17.8. Nouxfest Trail, 5k and 10k competition on the best trails of the area. The long-awaited short trail race in Nuuksio, ideal for both beginners and experienced runners who want to do a shorter, faster push. Also for children!
