Yoga and Relaxation

Controlling the body and mind is an important part of a person’s overall well-being. At Nouxfest, forest yoga, relaxation and guided sensory experiences in nature bring an important counterbalance to the otherwise quite fast-paced program and give you the opportunity to relax and get to know yourself.
They are also great physical and mental exercises that improve performance in many ways. Make it a goal to participate in at least one session of this theme during the event!
A more detailed program will be planned during the winter together with partners and instructors. Possible programs:
Morning yoga and stretching outside
Forest yoga – guided yoga classes in nature.
Sensing the forest in different ways. Do you know how moss feels under your bare feet? When was the last time you listened to the hum of an anthill or the wind in the trees or smelled the scent of birch leaves?
Relaxation and breathing in nature
